Should I use QuickBooks or Xero?
It depends on how your business works and what you need from it. We use both, so we'll recommend whichever suits you rather than pushing one over the other.
I've never used cloud accounting software before, is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of the people we train are starting from spreadsheets or paper, and the one-to-one sessions are built for exactly that.
Can you move my records over from what I'm using now?
Yes, we'll handle the migration so your history comes across properly and nothing gets lost.
What if I get stuck after the training?
Just reach out. We're on hand once you're up and running, and we'll tell you up front if anything would be charged separately.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which software you choose and how much set-up and training you need. We'll be straight with you about what's involved, and what it'll cost, before anything starts.
