Paul Martin FMAAT, AATQB
Director · Limited company specialist
Paul is one of our directors and, for most clients, the main point of contact. He has been with Newton & Co for over 20 years, and in the office he looks after our larger sets of accounts and VAT returns.
Out of the office he keeps active, and he is partial to a theme park holiday and a trip to the cinema.
Matthew Batey FCCA
Director · Limited company specialist
Matthew is ACCA qualified and our QuickBooks specialist, so if you want your bookkeeping working properly rather than just ticking over, he's the one to ask. He handles our larger accounts and VAT returns too.
Out of the office he reviews food on social media and likes a trip away.
Natalie Basilisco ATT, CTA, BA (Hons)
Director · Individuals, landlords & foreign tax
Natalie is our tax expert and advises on every part of it, from a straightforward return to a piece of planning. She looks after individuals, sole traders and landlords, and non-resident and foreign employment tax, which few local firms cover.
Out of the office she cooks, gardens and gets out for family walks.

Accounts, VAT, bookkeeping and payroll run through this lot, and they sit in the same office as the directors, not in a back room somewhere else.
Kelly Fatherley FMAAT, AATQB
Accounts Senior
Kelly is fully AAT qualified and works on accounts, VAT returns and payroll. She also gets new clients set up, so she is often the first person you deal with.
Out of the office it is family trips to the Lake District, interior design, and time with friends and family.
Tyler Summers
Accounts Senior · Xero specialist
Tyler holds the Level 4 AAT qualification and is working towards ACCA. He is our Xero specialist, and he works on accounts, VAT returns and payroll.
Out of the office he trains in Thai boxing and is in the gym.
Sam Dawson
Accounts Junior
Sam is qualified to Level 2 AAT and is working through Level 3, with ACCA to follow. Day to day he is on VAT returns, bookkeeping and payroll.
Out of the office he hikes, and takes himself off to track days.
Elliot Noble
Trainee Accountant
Elliot is working towards his Level 2 AAT and plans to carry on through to ACCA. In the office he works on payroll, bookkeeping and keeping the place running.
Out of the office he is in the gym, or away watching live music.
You won't be handed round.
