What is Companies House identity verification?
It's a new legal requirement, in force since 18 November 2025, for directors and people with significant control (PSCs) to prove who they are to Companies House. Existing directors and PSCs have a 12-month transition period from that date to get it done, with new directors verifying as they're appointed. We'll tell you exactly when yours is due and handle it for you.
Can you form a company on my behalf?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we'll register it with Companies House, structured sensibly from the start.
What's a confirmation statement, and do I need to do anything?
It's Companies House's annual check that your company's details are still correct. We file it for you every year, so it's one less date to remember.
I already have a company. Can you just take over the secretarial side?
Yes, at any point. We'll get the handover sorted and take it from there.
How much does it cost?
It depends on whether you're forming a new company or handing over an existing one, and how much ongoing filing is involved. We'll be straight with you about what's involved, and what it'll cost, before anything starts.
